WHITE-GLOVE FURNITURE DELIVERY
We will receive your furniture and inspect the condition. In case of
damaged furniture, we will notify you and if required, will submit a
claim against the transportation firm on your behalf, supported by
pictures. We will then enter your furniture details into our
warehouse inventory system. When your clients are ready for
delivery, we will contact them to schedule a specific date. If
preferred, we can inform your team of the available dates for
delivery in the area requested. Customers will be contacted 2 days
prior to their delivery date with a 2-hour window for delivery. They
will then be called again on the day of delivery when our team is on
way. We will provide you with proof of delivery. Each customer signs
off on the items received. All of our trucks are equipped with lift
gates. In case of furniture arriving damaged, we have a shop on site
and most minor issues can be repaired onsite.
